Mystery shopping is a method used by marketing research companies and organisations that wish to measure quality of sales and service, job performance, regulatory compliance, or to gather specific information about a market or competitors, including products and services. Reputable mystery shopping companies give secret shoppers a list of tasks to complete, such as asking specific questions about a product or receiving a service.

After the tasks have been completed, the mystery shopper reports feedback on things like the store’s cleanliness, the employees’ helpfulness, and other details about their experience. Companies pay secret shoppers for providing this information. In most cases, they also reimburse shoppers for any expenses incurred. As an agent, you can earn as much as eight thousand naira (₦ 8,000) per task completed. After registering and completing your profile, we would review your application and once approved, you would soon start receiving tasks via email. Once you have completed the task, your account would be credited within five (5) working days.

Requirements

1. Own a smartphone with at least Android OS 6.0
2. Be at least eighteen (18) years old
3. Have at least a secondary school leaving certificate
4. Have a functional email address and know how to send and receive emails
